Women Are The Best!

Who would not agree?

Women are really great in all things. (Why not?) They are:
  • Much responsible in all things (in family, relatives, friends and even into their love one's)
  • They are more attentive than guys in the instance of caring the children.
  • They are great friend when a child had a problem.
  • They are liable when one got sick.
  • They are more clued-up in home activities, taking care of the family, food, and even liable in budgeting savings.
  • They are industrious even how tired they felt the work could be.
  • They cared of well their husband.
  • They are much great in surviving pregnancy for about 9 months holding it, and surviving the half life death.
They are precious gift ever created by God that should cared, loved and respect.

But why some men do them like toys? (A toy for fun?)
That when they were disgusted they would just leave them and find another?

World has a big changes right now! Instead of changing wrong from right in living longer here, it's now getting worst!

Save your self! Pray for your self!
There's a chance! It's not yet the end...
Why don't we try living unique like no others do.
Living in this astonishing world with confidence in setting it right and living here the way God wants you to be...

BEING A WOMAN

It’s no joke Being a Woman

when i was just a little girl i asked my mother what i will i be?

will i be rich?
will i be pretty?

here’s what she said to me.
whatever wil be the future not ours to see.

one day after sometime of not bothering to check my email, i opened it and was surprised to see an avalanche of woman issues.

reading through then, I giggle because it ticklish I cry because its sad. I understand because I can relate to it. and I agree because its true..

Take a look of the emails sent to me…

DEAR GOD,

I pray for wisdom to understand my man, for love to forgive him for patience for his moods. because if I pray for strength , ill just beat him to death..

this may elicit laughter at first glance but woman shall always pray for strength , not to kill, but to be able to stand for her man, family, friends, neighbors and lastly for herself..

A woman shall give to and give up everything for her family or for anyone she loves…

(GOD) My Greatest BestFried

OD
Each individual has its own beliefs and perceptions. We may differ in religions, dialects, laws and name of our savior but we just have one God.

Don't you ever wonder? Or had some questions about Jesus and whose God? How Bout the father? Did God leave us? How great God for you?

Do God lack something more?

zwani.com myspace graphic comments

- for me he never! Instead he gave everything to me the love, life, smiles, help, greatest friend, inspirations, my greatest family and friendships.

God give us everything, we just neglect him and didn't think of his worth. That is why, we don't even know he care for us and really love us.

He made everything for us... He sent Jesus Christ to save us...

NAKED WEAPON

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE?

From the first time I saw this movie I said to my self, " This is the best movie I have ever seen.
It is mixed with a personality of a person, family, strength a weaknesses of a woman and how to survive and sacrifice self dignity. Like a contagious virus, pretty and athletic girls in their teens start disappearing around the globe one after another...

It is directed by Ching Siu-Tung, for six long years, CIA agent Jack Chen (Daniel Wu) has been investigating the disappearance of teenage girls from around the world. These girls are being abducted by the evil Madame M (Almen Wong), who is training them on a remote tropical island to become ruthless assassins. Charlene (Maggie Q), Katherine (Anya) and Jing (Jewel Lee) are the latest girls to ‘graduate’ in early adulthood as Madame M’s killers-for-hire; but agent Chen is hot on their trail.

Wong Jing is the Roger Corman – or maybe Lloyd Kaufman – of the Hong Kong film industry, writing, producing and directing a prolific stream of B-movie thrillers. Some of his films hit the right exploitation buttons – Naked Killer, The Last Blood, Sex & Zen 2 & 3 – but Naked Weapon ain’t one of them. For a film about a trio of sexy assassins who use their bodies to seduce men shortly before killing them, it’s curiously tame on the flesh-front. The camera can’t get enough of model-turned-actress Maggie Q, but there’s little actual sex or nudity.

Jing’s script is functional at best, and the decision to shoot in English hardly helps matters. Maggie Q, Anya (another ex-model) and Wu may be fluent in the language, but they give wooden performances, while late-in-the-day bad guy Andrew Lin (Madame M is forgotten by the end) might be a decent actor, but is clearly uncomfortable acting in English, leaving much of his dialogue incomprehensible.

What Naked Weapon needed was a fast-moving, tongue-in-the-cheek approach, but Jing and director Ching Siu-Tung take their film way too seriously. There’s no end of cheesy scenes, as Charlene reconnects with her mother (bleughh) and Chen realises that he’s fallen in love with this foxy murderess (huh?). The film’s sole saving grace is the action – Siu-Tung choreographed the spectacular fight scenes in Zhang Yimou’s superb Hero, and here he combines gunplay and martial arts with skill, even if some of it is in that flashy post-Matrix style that’s rapidly becoming old hat.

KEY TO A SUCCESFUL BUSINESS

WHAT ARE THE KEYS? SOMEHOW WE DREAM TO BE THE HIGHEST OF ALL.

When starting a new business or operating an existing one, it is essential to develop and maintain a basic understanding of the changing world in which the business is operating.

  • Business Planning
  • Business Statistics
  • Business Definition
  • Business Survival
  • Economic Environment
We must also view attention of the following:

Market Share

Market share is an allocation of total sales of similar businesses. Utilize results of the market evaluation and competition analysis to realistically estimate if there is room for another "like" business.

Marketing Strategy

Marketing involves activities necessary for getting and keeping customers. A carefully conceived and executed marketing plan, focusing on the customer, is a major contribution to business success. Develop your overall marketing strategy by considering how the product/service will help the customer.

Location

The type of product or service offered will often influence how accessible you need to be to your market. Once the market is defined and competition has been identified and analyzed, site location becomes easier. Choose your location carefully. Answering the following questions will help in choosing a location with the best advantages.

BITS, BYTES, KILOBYTES, MEGABYTES, GIGABYTES, TERABYTES?

Megabytes, Gigabytes, Terabytes… What Are They?

These terms are usually used in the world of computing to describe disk space, or data storage space, and system memory. For instance, just a few years ago we were describing hard drive space using the term Megabytes. Today, Gigabytes is the most common term being used to describe the size of a hard drive. In the not so distant future, Terabyte will be a common term. But what are they? This is where it gets quite confusing because there are at least three accepted definitions of each term.

Processor or Virtual Storage

· 1 Bit = Binary Digit
· 8 Bits = 1 Byte
· 1024 Bytes = 1 Kilobyte
· 1024 Kilobytes = 1 Megabyte
· 1024 Megabytes = 1 Gigabyte
· 1024 Gigabytes = 1 Terabyte
· 1024 Terabytes = 1 Petabyte
· 1024 Petabytes = 1 Exabyte -
· 1024 Exabytes = 1 Zettabyte
· 1024 Zettabytes = 1 Yottabyte
· 1024 Yottabytes = 1 Brontobyte
· 1024 Brontobytes = 1 Geopbyte

Now you should have a good understanding of megabytes, gigabytes, terabytes and everything in between.

THE FIVE (5) "S" PROGRAM

5 (FIVE) "S"

5S is a method for organizing a workplace, especially a shared workplace (like a shop floor or an office space), and keeping it organized. It's sometimes referred to as a housekeeping methodology, however this characterization can be misleading because organizing a workplace goes beyond housekeeping (see discussion of "Seiton" below).

The key targets of 5S are workplace morale and efficiency. The assertion of 5S is, by assigning everything a location, time is not wasted by looking for things. Additionally, it is quickly obvious when something is missing from its designated location. Advocates of 5S believe the benefits of this methodology come from deciding what should be kept, where it should be kept, and how it should be stored. This decision making process usually comes from a dialog about standardization which builds a clear understanding, between employees, of how work should be done. It also instills ownership of the process in each employee.

In addition to the above, another key distinction between 5S and "standardized cleanup" is Seiton. Seiton is often misunderstood, perhaps due to efforts to translate into an English word beginning with "S" (such as "sort" or "straighten"). The key concept here is to order items or activities in a manner to promote work flow. For example, tools should be kept at the point of use, workers should not have to repetitively bend to access materials, flow paths can be altered to improve efficiency, etc.

The 5S's are:

Phase 1 - Seiri (整理) Sorting: Going through all the tools, materials, etc., in the plant and work area and keeping only essential items. Everything else is stored or discarded.

Phase 2 - Seiton (整頓) Straighten or Set in Order: Focuses on efficiency. When we translate this to "Straighten or Set in Order", it sounds like more sorting or sweeping, but the intent is to arrange the tools, equipment and parts in a manner that promotes work flow. For example, tools and equipment should be kept where they will be used (i.e. straighten the flow path), and the process should be set in an order that maximizes efficiency.

Phase 3 - Seiso (清掃) Sweeping: Systematic Cleaning or the need to keep the workplace clean as well as neat. At the end of each shift, the work area is cleaned up and everything is restored to its place. This makes it easy to know what goes where and have confidence that everything is where it should be. The key point is that maintaining cleanliness should be part of the daily work - not an occasional activity initiated when things get too messy.

Phase 4 - Seiketsu (清潔) Standardizing: Standardized work practices or operating in a consistent and standardized fashion. Everyone knows exactly what his or her responsibilities are to keep above 3S's.

Phase 5 - Shitsuke () Sustaining: Refers to maintaining and reviewing standards. Once the previous 4S's have been established they become the new way to operate. Maintain the focus on this new way of operating, and do not allow a gradual decline back to the old ways of operating. However, when an issue arises such as a suggested improvement, a new way of working, a new tool, or a new output requirement then a review of the first 4S's is appropriate.

A sixth phase "Safety" is sometimes added. Purists, however, argue that adding it is unnecessary since following 5S correctly will result in a safe work environment.

BENEFITS:

  • COST REDUCTION
  • HIGH LEVEL OF COSTUMER SATISFACTION
  • ON TIME DELIVERY
  • INCREASE PRODUCTION
IMPORTANT:
  • TOP MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT
  • MIDDLE MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT
  • EXISTENCE OF 5’s PLAN
  • EXISTENCE OF 5’s ORGANIZATION
  • CONTINUOUS OF EDUCATION AND PROMOTION
  • RECOGNITION AND REWARDS
  • WORKERS PARTICIPATION
Lean concepts requires clearing out things which are not needed in order to make it easier and faster to obtain the tools and parts that are needed.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Ego?

The progress in and insistence on quality of education coupled with rapid strides in spread of knowledge calls for equally developed and able recipients. Thus, a definite need is felt for well-developed personality and character in our life. The vedantic concept of personality development is based on the concept of perfection of each soul and self-confidence for realization and manifestation of this inner knowledge.

Five dimensions are involved in forming the human personality. These are:

1) physical self, 2) energy self, 3) intellectual self, 4) mental self, and 5) blissful self.

Well-integrated personality is the sum total of harmonious expression of these five dimensions.

Physical self relates to our senses. Proper nourishment and growth of physical faculties is essential by way of balanced diet, recreation, music, and care and concern from near and dear ones. A simple pat on the back for any achievement in life goes a long way to build up confidence. However, discretion and discrimination are the key words in this regard. Otherwise, there is every chance that senses would create havoc by way of infatuation and attachment to the sense objects.
Energy self is somewhat subtler than the first. It relates to metabolism and the gross manifestations of energy (Prana), for instance the act of breathing. The control of Prana is achieved by control of anger, anxiety, and restlessness.
Intellectual self concerns with discriminative power and knowledge, what we call "buddhi". In addition to sincere and formal studies, reading other books like biographies of great and noble persons and invigorating literature helps us develop this faculty.
Mental self is related to stress and psychology. Here selflessness, control, concentration, and calmness of mind plays essential role.
Anandamaya Kosha or blissful self is the function of state of being. It calls for remaining calm and unaffected, nay to remain happy, in all the frivolities of world, in neck break competition and struggle, in calamities and disasters, in suffering and loss, in failure and success.

Suppose there is an old ink pot with dried crust inside it. When we try to clean the ink pot, dirty water comes out initially. But if we continue to pour fresh water repeatedly dirt is cleared and the water coming out is cleaner and cleaner. Same is the case with evil thoughts at the time of meditation. By pouring fresh and clean water of mantra and concentrating on the form of our Ishta, we can soon get rid of bad and dirty thoughts over a period. This period can be one year, ten years, one birth or ten births! It depends on the efforts and Grace of the Guru. But one thing is sure; one has to go through the process, if not today, tomorrow! Therefore one should start today only, howsoever useless and difficult sadhana may appear.

By this we become masters of ourselves. There is no want or deficiency anymore. Feeling of loneliness and helplessness is replaced with feeling of identity with all and total fulfillment in life.

FACING THE REALITY

ARE YOU STRONG OR WEAK?

Sometimes, its really hard to forget someone who have been a part of us. Memories really remains in our heart. Sometimes its hard to understand things beyond our expectations. We could not understand things unless we are not tested by faith…

Things really comes back into your lives unless you will not learned into it. "KARMA" is always present.

Why when we does good, we are blame wrong? Why when we are faithful, we are heckled? Why when we love, we are hurt.

Sometime, we tend to revenge! But wait… All things are given for a reason. Even us we have each purpose in living in this astonishing world and reasons why no one exist!

But i know for sure; we may never get all we wanted and i know it’s all for the best!!!

So get up! Learn from your own mistakes and do the right thing you think is right! Your matured enough to distinguished right and wrong! tremble in God! Do good, live life the way God wants you to be. And unceasing joy will be yours!

CAN BRAIN EVER FILLED UP?

This can put in other ways. CAN IT BE FILLED WITH KNOWLEDGE THAT IT CAN REMEMBER NO MORE?

This question, no matter how we used or word it out, seems to assume that the brain is the same ting as the mind.

That is not true. The brain itself has its parts that was made of tissues just as of the body. Don't you know that, it is the brain who controls body movements? reflected the senses– seeing, smelling, touching, hearing and tasting.

All the knowledge that we have first comes through this pathways.

The mind, however, is not a physical thing that cannot be seen or weighed.

Somehow, it is the part of each human being which he remembers, thinks and feels.

Actually, it is through the brain that the mind works and we could not have a mind unless we first had a a brain to gather up all the sense impressions.

At the same , we must know that no activity of the mind takes place without activity of the mind takes place without activity somewhere in the cells and fibres of the brain and nervous system.
